Steps to follow:

Tap AI Dubbing.
You can either record your video here or choose your own video file.
Tap Continue.
Choose the source and target language.
Tick AI translation if you want to translate the captions only. Tick AI dubbing if you want to translate the voice too.
Tap Apply and Add Captions.
Keep the screen open while we're translating the video.
