How do I get a refund?

Learn how to get a reimbursement for your Premium Captions subscription.

We're sorry the app did not meet your expectations. If you need to request a refund, we’ve outlined the steps to help you through the process. We aim to make it as easy as possible for you to address any issues you may have with your purchase.

Android user?

Please cancel your subscription first by opening the Google Play Store app on your Android device -> Tap the profile icon in the top right corner -> PaymentsSubscriptions -> Subscriptions -> Subtitles & Captions for Video subscription -> Cancel Subscription -> Follow the on-screen instructions.

iOS user?

You’ll first need to cancel your subscription via Apple ID: open the Settings app on your iOS device-> Tap on your name at the top of the screen -> Subscriptions -> Subtitles & Captions for Video subscription -> Cancel subscription -> Follow the on-screen instructions.
