Subscriptions purchased from the Google Play Store or App Store are tied to their respective platforms and cannot be transferred between Android and iOS. This means that if you switch platforms, your subscription will not carry over. However, if you're setting up a new phone with the same operating system (iOS/Android) and the same Apple ID/Google Play ID, your existing subscription should sync automatically without requesting payment again.
If you're still being prompted to pay, please follow these steps:
Make sure you've logged in to the same iCloud/Google account on a new iOS/Android device.
Open the app and tap Restore in the upper-right corner of the window prompting you to pay.

Web subscription can be transferred across iOS and Android devices. You just need to log in with the same email you used during the web purchase, and your subscription will be recognized across platforms. To get started, please log into your paid Dubs account: tap My profile icon on the top right -> Log in -> tap Enter your email -> enter the email address and the 6-digit code from the email.
